Executive CouncilNational Conference Hotel Decision08/13/2009 -- On the hotel blocks the Executive Council went with option D. A lot of Areas spoke out but it passed with only Area 4 voting against it. They are waiting for the final room use rate from this conference and will probably release blocks next week. Then we will see where we fall on the rotation list. Mireya has your numbers and will get them turned in. We will go over the full details at mid winter. Our next EC meeting is the weekend of 10 October, if you have anything we need to bring up please let one of us know.
